Staffing Texas is searching for a supportive Call Center Supervisor for an outstanding company in the Bryan area! The ideal candidate must have strong computer knowledge, be able to answer multi-line phones, communicate efficiently with others, and have recent supervisory experience.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Call Center Supervisor
- Responsible for daily routes and all appointment reservations
- Supervise all dispatchers
- Perform employee evaluations and interviews
- Maintain professional customer/employee relations
- Assist dispatchers with any and all requested information
Requirements of the Call Center Supervisor
- Must be able to multitask and communicate efficiently with others
- Must be able to plan and direct the work of others
- Must have recent supervisory experience
- Must be proficient with computer programs and data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
