Prominent Law firm is seeking Real Estate Attorney:
Candidate will have the following: years of substantial experience as a real estate attorney with work in the areas of commercial real estate finance (lender and borrower) ; Exposure to equity & joint ventures ; Experience in a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent).
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired) ; Strong research, oral, verbal & written communication skills ; Maryland Bar.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Aiding clients across a broad spectrum of real estate activities that includes development deals, acquisitions and dispositions, leases, market standard and complex financings, and restructurings.
-Working with clients in all of the major real estate product areas, including office, commercial, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, and specialized uses, such as energy.
-Counseling Developers and landlords, leading financial institutions (including investment advisers, private equity firms, and commercial and investment banking institutions), Fortune 100 companies, national and regional retailers on a wide range of sophisticated transactions involving real properties located throughout the United States.

Pay: $275,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
