Requirements:
- 3 years of staffing industry, business development, or sales experience preferred.
- Experience providing full-service specialized staffing solutions in your area is ideal, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to reach senior level executives with target customers (C-suite, VP, etc.).
- Tech-savvy individuals with strong social media presence including LinkedIn, Instagram, and job boards Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce the services in your area via telephone, video and in-person meetings.
- Present the features and benefits of the platform to C-suite, VP and hiring teams.
- Bring in new jobs to fill.
- Work with matched candidates and clients, setting up interviews, negotiating and extending job offers to select candidates.
- Provide feedback and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Train hiring teams on how to use the platform.
- Grow new business opportunities across your geographical area and staffing specialty while expanding the current client base.
- Grow network and income on entire platform.
Compensation:
