Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the profitability and loss (P&L) of the product lines in the facility. This role requires close collaboration with various functional areas to manage the entire material stream value chain, from model development and updates to the acquisition and sales of materials. This position plays a pivotal role in planning for the future of the trading and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) markets.

Collaborate with the strategy team to forecast used material supply and understand customer demand trends.

Build and maintain engine evaluation models.

Ensure a consistent supply of serviceable materials to meet customer demands and support the business plan and forecast, including setting acquisition prices for engines, modules, and parts with approved quality suppliers.

Manage the profitability of each engine by setting acquisition and sales prices.

Evaluate engines for acquisition and manage all tasks related to engine disassembly and material repair.

Develop and implement repair strategies for assigned engines.

Strategically manage vendor relationships.

Collaborate across the organization to provide commercial and technical support to the sales, acquisition, technical, and operations teams.

Support the management of consignment contracts and programs with both external and internal customers.

Set sales prices for parts and modules.

Define processes and material flow for the engine program in coordination with customers programs.
