Job Title: Adobe DAM Architect and SME
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe DAM Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) with at least 10-15 years of expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) for large enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe DAM, including workflow capabilities, metadata models, tagging configurations, and integration with other enterprise systems. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing asset migrations, and optimizing DAM performance in both on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adobe DAM Expertise: Oversee and guide the implementation, optimization, and migration of Adobe DAM solutions, ensuring proper configuration, workflow, metadata, and tagging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, content creators, and project managers to ensure a seamless migration process, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders.
- Asset Migration: Lead the migration of assets from on-premise to cloud environments, ensuring efficient and accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Post-Migration Validation: Conduct thorough post-migration checks to ensure all assets are correctly migrated and accessible within AEM.
- Metadata Management: Maintain and update metadata schemas and taxonomies to enhance search and retrieval functionalities within the DAM system.
- Digital Rights Management (DRM): Advise on and configure archival policies to ensure compliance with digital rights regulations.
- System Integration: Integrate Adobe DAM with enterprise systems like CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms to ensure seamless asset sharing and usage across the organization.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize DAM system performance to handle large asset volumes, ensuring fast retrieval times.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security measures to control access to assets and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Mandatory Skills: Adobe DAM, Digital Asset Management, Metadata Management, ETL processes, Cloud migrations, DRM configuration
- Experience:
- At least 10-15 years of experience working with Digital Asset Management in large enterprise organizations.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe DAM.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of workflow capabilities, metadata models, tagging configuration, and integration with third-party enterprise systems.
- Creative & Production Processes: Familiarity with the creative and production processes in digital media and agency environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and articulate new ideas and solutions effectively.
- Security & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and the ability to implement security measures for DAM systems.
