- Conduct field service at customer facilities ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool & cutter grinding machines.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers onsite by phone and via email addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
- Expect up to 80% travel within the USA Canada and Mexico to support customer needs.
- Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery encompassing mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both onsite and remotely including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance mechanical / electrical drawings and part identification.
- Experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.
- Handson individual with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical mechanical and other technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred.
