Location : - Dallas, TX (hybrid 3 days' work from office)

Responsibilities :
- Program Leadership : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Agile Methodology Expertise : Drive Agile best practices across teams, ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, and program increment (PI) planning.
- Mobile Application Expertise : Collaborate with iOS and Android development teams to manage app release cycles, feature roadmaps, and ongoing enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, IT, UX / UI Design, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure program goals are met.
- Aviation Alignment : Integrate aviation-specific needs into mobile app features, leveraging knowledge of industry standards, operations, and customer behaviors.
- Customer Focus : Champion user-centric design and functionality by incorporating customer feedback and industry trends into program deliverables.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, proactively creating mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication : Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency on program status, challenges, and achievements.
- Qualifications : Bachelor's in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience : 10 years of experience in program / project management.
- Proven success in mobile application development or managing large, complex programs.
- Extensive experience managing programs in Agile environments, including frameworks such as Scrum, or Kanban.
- Aviation industry experience or knowledge of airline operations is highly preferred.
- Technical Acumen : Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycles, CI / CD pipelines, and tools such as Rally / ADO, or similar platforms.
- Leadership Skills : Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a track record of resolving complex program challenges.
