Staff Management Group is seeking a Mobile Device Tester for our client in Old Bridge, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday -Thursday, 9:30AM - 6PM AND Friday 9:30AM - 2PM
Pay Rate:
- $17 / hour
Job Summary:
The Mobile Device Tester is responsible for inspecting and classifying mobile phones based on cosmetic condition and functionality in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role requires basic computer knowledge and attention to detail to ensure accurate device grading.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect mobile devices for cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or screen imperfections.
- Classify and grade phones based on internal SOPs and quality standards.
- Input inspection results into the computer system accurately.
- Follow quality control guidelines to ensure consistency in device evaluations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet daily targets.
Job Requirements:
- Basic PC knowledge required for data entry and recordkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail when evaluating cosmetic conditions.
- Ability to follow written procedures and standards consistently.
- Previous experience with mobile devices or electronics testing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
