Staff Management Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM OR
- 2nd Shift: 4PM - 12:30AM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $18 / hour
Job Summary:
The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely transporting, stacking, and storing cosmetics within the warehouse using a reach truck forklift while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient order processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating a reach truck forklift to transport materials efficiently.
- Stacking products throughout the warehouse to ensure proper organization.
- Transporting products and materials safely within the warehouse.
- Storing pallets on warehouse shelves to maximize space utilization.
- Using an RF scanner to track and manage inventory.
- Verifying products, quantities, and order numbers for accuracy.
- Staging pallets at the shipping dock for outbound shipments.
- Moving freight safely throughout the warehouse while following safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish
- Experience with standup forklifts
- Experience in pulling materials for production lines
- Experience using an ERP system to complete tasks-scanning, completing pick lists
- Experience with material handling- pulling to production floor
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with counting inventory
- Experience in loading and unloading trucks
