Pay Rate:
- $18 / hour
Job Summary:
The Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach forklift to move, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse. This role plays a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient material handling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up reach forklift to transport, retrieve, and store materials.
- Load and unload pallets from racks and staging areas safely and efficiently.
- Follow warehouse procedures for inventory handling and storage.
- Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Support inventory accuracy by following pick, put-away, and replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a stand-up reach truck.
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
