Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; flexibility required for occasional weekend support
Your Role: What You’ll Do
As the Staffing Branch Manager, you'll oversee and guide the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and that our team members are set up for success. Here’s what you can expect in this dynamic role:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve branch goals and deliver excellent staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing high-quality candidates.
- Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Ensure smooth and compliant operations, from paperwork to ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Drive branch growth by identifying new business opportunities and working closely with sales teams to expand our client base.
- Provide regular performance reports, using data to strategize and improve branch operations.
- Support team training and professional development to keep everyone motivated and equipped to meet goals.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed as a Staffing Branch Manager, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
