Staff Management Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our client in Carlstadt, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

- 1st Shift: 7AM - 5PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $23 / hour
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for generating reports and maintaining records and oversees the daily warehouse operations communicating with suppliers, customers, and other departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize Labor Management System (LMS) and Time Keeping systems to measure GAP time
- Timekeeping System and software administration and reporting; spearheading new implementation
- Training of new processes and implementation for end users
- Communication with external vendor to maintain utilization
- Support all buildings
- Fresh Service ticketing system - working on implementation and training of end users; liaising with vendor to provide improved reporting functionalities; creating new ticketing systems for different departments
- Troubleshooting
- Track daily performance and conduct root cause analysis when performance drops
- Maintains a set of documents (KPIs) and updates; provides reports on that
- Analyzing trends in labor and KPIs
- Provides support and information to better plan labor
- Monitor labor transfer(s) to ensure accounts and teammate’s performance are accurate
- Conduct performance observations to validate processes are being completed in accordance with applicable Work Instructions (WI)
- Review LMS, WMS and Timekeeping systems ensure labor was being entered correctly
- Train all management team members on how to access pull, and review performance reports
- Generate monthly LMS reports and conduct month over month/year to date comparison
- Create work schedules in LMS for new hires–load breaks and lunch periods in order to track labor
- Assist in creation and maintenance of operational WIs, ensuring key steps of being documented
- Other duties and projects as assigned, including support and coordination to executive management.
