Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 / yr.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare job costing spreadsheets, analyze manufacturing costs, and report on budget vs. actual production costs, including variance analysis.
- Manage general ledger entries, month-end reconciliations, and ensure accurate account reviews and corrections.
- Set up and maintain customer and vendor entities, review and approve vendor payments, and manage electronic payment processes.
- Review and analyze capital expenditures, manage fixed asset accounting, and perform monthly accruals and amortization entries.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures, monitor inventory systems, and ensure adherence to cycle count program guidelines.
- Complete quarterly analyses on excess and obsolete materials, process outbound freight invoices, and support reporting requests from managers and sales reps.
- Collaborate with departments to complete projects, maintain confidentiality, submit suggestions for improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
