Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of previous experience
- Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
Aerospace Manufacturing Supervisor Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop floor operations and team members
- Ensure timely completion of work orders
- Collaborate with the development team to automate new products/processes
- Manage employee relations through coaching, communication, and training
- Provide estimated time to complete for products
- Analyze data to improve performance
