Salary | $85,000 - $90,000

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of previous experience
  • Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills

Aerospace Manufacturing Supervisor Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shop floor operations and team members
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Collaborate with the development team to automate new products/processes
  • Manage employee relations through coaching, communication, and training
  • Provide estimated time to complete for products
  • Analyze data to improve performance
  • Maintain a safe workspace

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
