Schedules Available: 1st shift and 2nd shift
Pay: $15/hr.
What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machines to assemble components
- Perform quality checks to ensure each product meets strict standards
- Accurately record production data and report any issues or defects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with your team and communicate effectively with supervisors
- Consistently meet production goals and deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- Two years of related experience
- Ability to read technical documents and schematics
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with basic tools and assembly procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
