Requirements:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in warehouse and personnel management
- Strong familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, managing supervisors and team members
- Assign tasks and ensure performance goals are met
- Prioritize safety and maintain a positive, motivated work environment
- Supervise inventory reporting, cycle counting, and reconciliation
- Safely operate forklifts and RF scanners
- Train and mentor employees, ensuring they adhere to company procedures
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Salary: $80,000 - $88,000
