Pay : $30.45 per hour
Shift : 1st shift
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage the coding team, ensuring accurate and timely coding of medical records
- Review and verify the coding of medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide guidance and training to staff on coding procedures, standards, and best practices
- Ensure adherence to ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
- Perform audits of coding accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure proper documentation and coding
- Stay up-to-date with coding changes, regulations, and best practices
