Global manufacturer is looking for a Compensation Analyst. The Comp Analyst is responsible for supporting processes and pay equity across the org. This role is responsible for ensuring that compensation strategies are competitive, equitable and aligned with the company's business objectives. You would collaborate with HR and leadership teams to evaluate job roles, conduct market research, analyze pay practices and provide data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Benchmark new and existing positions across the organization against external market survey sources and internal roles with similar responsibilities. This includes assigning positions to grades within the salary structure, job code creation and maintenance, and, for US positions, determining Exempt or Non-Exempt classification based on FLSA guidelines
  • Support the annual incentive bonus and compensation planning processes
  • Participate in market-based compensation surveys
  • Annual review and adjustment of global salary structures
  • Support the global compensation projects, pay equity, and survey management
  • In coordination with local plant HR, manage union and hourly rate increases across all sites
  • Partner with compensation team to manage survey vendors and MarketPay system to evaluate jobs globally

This organization consists of collaborative and extremely bright who are empowered to provide solutions for a cleaner, healthier and more energy efficient world. This is long-term temporary assignment with potential for extension and possibly conversion. Competitive salary and benefits offered during temporary duration. This position is currently a hybrid model with ability to work partially remote and partially in the office. Hour are M-F 8am-5pm

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional(CCP) or equivalent certification in process or completed preferred
  • 3 years of experience within compensation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation management software. Workday and SuccessFactors is preferred
