Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of progressive continuous improvement in workplace safety programs or quality experience.
- Knowledge of quality and lean tools, aerospace quality standards (including AS9100), and Meyer QMS.
- Experience in building training programs and the ability to present and facilitate training sessions for both small and large groups.
- Must provide documentation that ITAR requirements are met.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and train in front of groups of people.
- The ability to travel with the U.S. and internationally as needed.

Pay | $21.70 - $27.49 per hour
