Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of progressive continuous improvement in workplace safety programs or quality experience.
  • Knowledge of quality and lean tools, aerospace quality standards (including AS9100), and Meyer QMS.
  • Experience in building training programs and the ability to present and facilitate training sessions for both small and large groups.
  • Must provide documentation that ITAR requirements are met.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and train in front of groups of people.
  • The ability to travel with the U.S. and internationally as needed.

Continuous Improvement Specialist Essential Tasks

  • Collaborate across all levels to drive product and process improvements.
  • Maintain records, generate reports, and support quality and lean projects.
  • Assist with QMS reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and industry standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions, including WSA and new hire QMS training.
  • Implement corrective actions for alerts and findings and explore new tools and process improvements.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, including resource development and tool troubleshooting.
  • Use quality and lean tools to identify opportunities, reduce costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    Day Shift | 6 AM - 4 : 30 PM | Monday - Friday

  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Pay | $21.70 - $27.49 per hour
