What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at Staffmark Group?
Growing global manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Rep. This position is responsible for coordinating the placement of customer orders using SAP. You would be entering in orders, processing, tracking, billing, tracking inventory and following up to make sure customer requirements are met. You would collaborate with various internal teams to include logistics, sales and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment. You would also be communicating order status with the customer.

Some flexibility with hours on either 8am-4:30 or 8:30-5pm M-F. This is a long term temporary opportunity with potential for extension and if a position opens up potential for conversion. Pay is between $26/hr.-$28.84/hr.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or order management experience within a production environment
- Familiarity with processing invoices, order entry, delivery notes and shipping documents
- Experience with SAP a must
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
