Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Staff reception desk and greet visitors
Complete quotes for parts and standard products
Process credit card orders
Provide support to the outside sales team with quotes, questions, and logisticsQualifications :
2 years of relevant customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
