Schedule : 8am - 5pm. Monday - Friday
Pay : $21 / hr.
Essential tasks :
- Track and document customer complaints, generate reports, and assist in researching and testing damaged or malfunctioning products.
- Play a key role in identifying issues and contributing to product improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
- Ensure finished products meet our clients and the customer's highest standards.
- Maintain accurate daily production records.
Qualified candidates will have six months of experience, data entry, clerical, computer skills, Excel skills, medical terminology is a plus.
