Are you an experienced Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist looking for a dynamic opportunity with a leading organization? Join our client's team and play a key role in supporting LOA administration while partnering with our third-party vendor to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What You'll Do:
  • Review and process all LOA notifications
  • Partner with our third-party vendor to maintain data accuracy
  • Manage the return-to-work process and ADA reviews, including communication and follow-up
  • Oversee the AWOL process and ensure timely follow-up
  • Address general inquiries from employees, managers, HR, and third-party partners
  • Process and audit PTO requests
  • Support New York state compliance notifications
  • Review and process error reports
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong experience in LOA administration
  • Ability to streamline and improve LOA processes
  • Experience working with third-party LOA vendors
  • Familiarity with API file integrations is a plus
