Staffmark is hiring a Human Resources Assistant in Kennesaw, GA! If you're detail-oriented and organized, this is the perfect opportunity to support our fast-paced HR team. You'll manage employee records, assist with recruitment, and answer benefits questions in a collaborative environment.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

As an Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring a smooth employee experience. If you're looking for a role where you can grow, contribute, and make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee records and HR data
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR-related logistics
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR tasks

Requirements:
  • 2 years of HR experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws
