Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and HR data
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies
- Coordinate training sessions and HR-related logistics
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR tasks
Requirements:
- 2 years of HR experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws
