Inside Sales Representative job details include:
Salary | $40,000 - $60,000/yr.
Schedule | 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Essential tasks:
The role involves assisting with customer estimates, determining order requirements, and coordinating order releases with the Dispatch Manager. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, processing transactions, managing and organizing showroom inventory, and liaising with the purchasing department to maintain stock. Additionally, the position focuses on identifying opportunities to improve customer service and business growth, with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet changing and strict deadlines.
- Result driven and able to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Detail oriented with a strong history of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Basic construction knowledge or building materials knowledge.
