Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in substance abuse, behavioral, and/or mental health treatment settings
- Master's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field
- Availability: Monday - Friday | First Shift
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic and therapeutic counseling to clients.
- Offer resources and tools to help clients with substance abuse disorders reintegrate into society as productive individuals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
- Conduct regular assessments of residential and transitional living clients.
- Accurately document therapy sessions.
- Build strong rapport with clients and their families.
- Perform screenings, intakes, and assessments for new clients.
- Stay current with agency, state, and federal Codes of Ethics.
