Schedule: Must be flexible based on production needs. Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
Pay: $23/hr.
Essential functions:
- Ensure compliance with plant standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and maintain up-to-date clean and inspect standards.
- Operate and monitor processing equipment, Soymilk parameters, and the wastewater system.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary processing, warehouse, and loadout areas.
- Transfer Soymilk to the packaging plant, load/unload tankers, and supply Soybeans to processing.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, maintenance, and other departments regarding issues and improvements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts, participate in team meetings, and assist in training and coaching employees.
Qualifications:
This role requires six months of experience with forklift operation and the ability to learn all job functions through training. Candidates should have basic PC skills, strong verbal and written communication, and proven decision-making abilities. The position demands prioritization, multitasking, and accurate record-keeping, along with flexibility to work various shifts, overtime, and adapt as needed.
