Key Responsibilities :
- Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and appeals to maximize reimbursement.
- Manage accounts receivable and perform collections on past-due accounts.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile accounts.
- Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all federal / state regulations.
