Pay Rate : $20.00 / hr
Shift : 2nd shift : Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM
The Production Operator will be responsible for starting machines, repairing thread breaks, managing materials, and filling service containers with alcohol solutions. They will inspect bobbins for quality, make necessary adjustments, and ensure accuracy using calipers. Additional duties include sealing and labeling boxes, printing case and box labels, and cleaning machines. The operator will also handle in-process materials, perform quality tests, document production data, and work with team members to ensure smooth shift handoffs. They may assist in other areas as needed and participate in scheduled meetings.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma required; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Experience with computers and data entry.
- Mechanical experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to adapt, solve problems, and work independently.
- Strong math skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
