Compensation: $29 per hour annual bonus
Shift Available: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
The Quality Assurance Department oversees all labor-related issues regarding warranties for tankless water heaters and boiler units. The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Technician position will be a team player with the ability to work independently while following direction from the QA Lead. Strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail are key qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Daily Returns Spreadsheet
- Research each returned unit using CIC/SAP
- Summarize the return reason for each unit
- Perform physical inspections on returned units (primary focus)
- Test and inspect units as requested by the Management Team and Tech Coordinator
- Create inspection reports based on findings and document photos on the server
- Follow up with the technical team as necessary
- Inspect parts for return (when required)
- Coordinate part returns to the Korea team
- Dispose of or recycle parts not requiring return to Korea
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage productivity goals and quality standards
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 150 pounds (with assistance)
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to collaborate effectively within the department and cross-functionally
