Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
As a Receptionist, you'll play a key role in greeting students, faculty, and visitors while assisting with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include greeting and guiding visitors, helping students set up for testing, supporting campus events like graduations and orientations, maintaining supplies, and managing phones and emails. You'll also use Microsoft Office programs to carry out administrative duties and keep the front desk organized and professional.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors at the front desk
- Help students with testing setup and provide guidance
- Support events such as graduations and orientations
- Take inventory of supplies and place reorders
- Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Answer phones and manage emails
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
