Start Your Next Chapter with Staffmark! We're hiring a Receptionist in Hebron, KY for a leading point-of-sale company. Be the first friendly face visitors see while supporting daily office operations in a professional, team-driven environment.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome. This role manages the front desk, handles incoming calls, directs inquiries, and performs a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Manage front desk and maintain lobby appearance
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and organizing documents
  • Support various departments with clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using basic office equipment and computer programs
