Pay : $20.00 / hour
Shift : Monday - Friday
Responsibilities :
- Source and recruit candidates for open positions
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars
- Maintain candidate data and keep it updated in the system
- Draft and post job openings to attract qualified candidates
- Assist with pre-screening and qualification of candidates
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Generate and maintain recruitment reports
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
