Staffmark is looking for a Safety & Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team in Pomona, CA. Partner with Staffmark to take the next step in your career and make the most of this exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic work environment!

Salary: $85,000

Shift: 1st shift (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for workplace injuries and lead incident investigations.
  • Maintain Worker's Compensation logs and conduct daily safety inspections.
  • Enforce safety regulations and report violations to department managers and HR.
  • Manage the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of physical structures, utility systems, and equipment (e.g., forklifts).
  • Coordinate external contractors for necessary services and manage bids for projects.

Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills in safety and maintenance management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and department leaders.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance and implementing safety protocols.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
