Salary: $85,000
Shift: 1st shift (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for workplace injuries and lead incident investigations.
- Maintain Worker's Compensation logs and conduct daily safety inspections.
- Enforce safety regulations and report violations to department managers and HR.
- Manage the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of physical structures, utility systems, and equipment (e.g., forklifts).
- Coordinate external contractors for necessary services and manage bids for projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills in safety and maintenance management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and department leaders.
- Experience in facilities maintenance and implementing safety protocols.
