What are the responsibilities and job description for the SALES ADMIN / CUSTOMER SUPPORT position at Staffmark Group?
Sales Admin and Customer Support
Location : Plano, TX
Contract : 6 months (could extend)
Pay : $30 hr.
Job Description :
Assist Account Coordinators and Territory Sales Managers with order entry, by serving as a backup to when workload dictates.
Open order reports, maintain up-to-date filing, investigate short pay invoices and responding to customer phone inquiries.
Issuing credit and / or debit memo requests as necessary to correct customer invoices.
Providing backup documentation and ensuring SOX requirements are being met on all documents.
Establishing new sold-to and bill-to accounts in compliance with Credit Department requirements.
Establishing new ship-to addresses
Addressing tax exemption certificate issues, ensuring tax exemption certificates are on file, and maintaining the tax exemption list.
Creating credit hold reports to distribute for review and release.
Preferred Qualifications :
Associate degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience is preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is encouraged but not a requirement.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities as well as a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Computer skills : SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) are a must.
