Qualifications

• Education: An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Experience: 10 years of experience in CAD and Civil 3D software, with at least 5 years in detailed land development engineering.
• Skillset: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and project management tools | Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines | Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail | Strong ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design projects, focusing on site drainage, grading, and infrastructure constraints.
• Develop, modify, and review models, plans, and drawings using advanced Civil 3D functionality and CAD standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and sub-consultants to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and accepted engineering practices.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, working closely with the project manager to meet deadlines.
• Analyze and resolve technical project issues with minimal oversight.
• Stay up-to-date on regulations from local, state, and federal agencies and apply them to projects.
• Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all business interactions.

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $16 - $40 per hour (based on experience)
