Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Choose the 1st shift hours that work best for you!
7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday
The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and shipment of goods to ensure accurate inventory control and timely delivery.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment in compliance with company and carrier guidelines.
- Schedule pick-ups and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Generate and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and labels.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Unload, unpack, and organize materials into designated storage locations.
- Track and update inventory levels to ensure accuracy in the system.

Requirements: 2 years of shipping/receiving experience (including forklift operation), proficiency with shipping software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar), strong attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift 50 pounds.
