Salary : $42,000 - $47,000 / yr.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm

Supply Chain Project Manager primary tasks :

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and external project managers for various accounts and projects.
• Use software systems to set up projects, manage data, and oversee inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, and financial information.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage project needs, including inventory, reporting, timelines, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate key account information to internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, and Inventory Control) to ensure smooth project progress and problem resolution.
• Oversee project workflows to balance client expectations and internal resource management.
• Set up projects and items in databases / software systems, ensuring accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Prepare and distribute client reports and maintain spreadsheets for internal and client use, with a focus on interpreting data and analytics.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (filtering, pivot tables, and vlookups), excellent written and verbal communication, confidence in working with clients, strong multitasking abilities, adaptability to change, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success. Must have five years of supply chain experience.
