Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 7 years of work experience in logistics, marketing, or sales.
- The ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with suppliers.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to perform detailed data analysis.
Supply Planner Essential Functions:
- Optimize physical inventory assets using automated planning software and the ERP system.
- Improve inventory turnover while maintaining high customer service levels.
- Analyze and update supplier lead times to ensure timely deliveries.
- Educate suppliers on company requirements for on-time delivery.
- Track and report key performance metrics to management.
- Utilize various databases and software tools for daily inventory reporting.
- Provide detailed explanations of inventory fluctuations and perform additional duties as needed.
1st Shift | 8 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible with start time) | $21.50 per hour
