Schedule: Day Shift (Specific hours discussed during interview)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide top-tier technical support to clients via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and networks
- Handle both inbound and outbound support calls
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues
- Work collaboratively with your team to resolve complex issues
