We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and versatile Web Publishers to help our client, build, update, and manage web page content globally using a combination of WYSIWYG editors and structured content formats. This role involves transferring designs and content into web pages, handling ad-hoc updates, and supporting large-scale content publishing efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both visual editors and structured formats like XML or JSON for efficient and accurate content publishing. This role is very process oriented and can be repetitive in nature. Some tasks are very quick and simple such as uploading files, removing content, changing titles for better optimization, etc. Other tasks may be more involved, requiring new pages to be built and populating with fresh content.
Responsibilities :
- Build and update web pages using WYSIWYG editors and pre-designed components or templates within the CMS.
- Turn content and designs into functional, visually appealing web pages.
- Perform ad-hoc edits and updates to existing pages based on stakeholder requests.
- Prepare, validate, and upload content in structured formats (e.g., XML, JSON) into the CMS, and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content during bulk publishing efforts.
- Support content audits by updating, reorganizing, or archiving pages as needed.
- Format provided images, links, and other media for web readability and performance.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure publishing requirements are met.
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure published content meets quality, functionality, and visual standards.
