Summary: The primary responsibility of the Cycle Counter is to conduct, as necessary, any search to locate products lost within the system or locations. Responsible for performing cycle counts at a level and accuracy that will substitute for a quarterly physical inventory.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Capable of working per established work instructions and within ISO and safety guidelines and processes
- Perform daily cycle counts (some use of stand up forklifts/cherry pickers as needed)
- Conduct all special inventories as required
- Conduct, as necessary, any search to locate products lost within the system or locations
- Respect core values of Asurion and comply with the Company's policies and procedures
- Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Supervisor, or Manager
- Must be organized and manage time efficiently
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent with some college classes preferred.
- Experience with logistics, cycle count or reconciliation preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills including excellent verbal and
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel preferred
- Strong problem solving and investigation skills are necessary.
- Experience in interacting with other internal departments
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, etc.) as job
- Must work well with peers, superiors and subordinates.
- Ability to perform basic mathematic functions, such as counting, addition, and
- Computer literate, including ability to enter data using a keyboard and scanner
- Exemplify real-time problem-solving skills to ensure proper receipt of equipment into
