Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and 1-3 years of relevant legal experience. They will possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth legal research on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues impacting the business, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and maintaining and updating contract databases. They will also provide litigation support, conduct internal compliance audits and investigations, and advise on compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
The candidate will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure effective implementation of the company's legal and compliance programs.
