Staffmark needs a temp-to-hire position filled for a Collections Representative filled in Newark, Delaware. Start a new and exciting career today! The work schedule will vary and will include working 1st shift and the availability to work 2 days on nights with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Our client has over 30 years of experience assisting creditors with recovering value from accounts receivable and needs someone who radiates positivity, a willingness to learn new things, and strives to take ownership of responsibilities.
Must be available for all shifts listed below :
Days : 8am-5pm
Nights : 12pm-9pm at least two nights per week
Saturdays : up to every other Saturday from 8am-12pm.

Essential tasks :
The role involves achieving departmental goals by contacting clients and collecting on debtor accounts, working a minimum number of accounts per hour, and establishing suitable payment arrangements with follow-up until accounts are resolved. Responsibilities include performing skip tracing, maintaining accurate records, adhering to FDCPA regulations, and completing additional tasks as assigned by management. This is an entry level position; training will be provided!
