The Customer Quotation Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices, developing quotes, and maintaining a general understanding of the repair process as it relates to Standard Repair Times and parts pricing. Pay : $18 per hour
1st Shift Hours : 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday
Assignment Duration : This position is projected to last 4-5 months, but can transition to a temp-to-hire position with an exceptional work ethic and attendance record.
Essential Functions :
- Answer phone calls, and provide price quotes and other billing information to customers.
- Review estimates to verify the parts for customer quotes are correct and all pricing is in line with the quote.
- Prepare quotes and submit invoices to customers, ensuring the right information is on the invoice.
- Communicate with other departments as needed to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of price quotes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective.
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining quotes and obtaining approval of estimates.
- Utilize Salesforce.com as the primary tool to manage assigned Quote queue (May use additional secondary systems including Auto integrate, Holman, and Element for fleet management quoting / billing).
