Summary :
The Import Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire import process. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proactively communicate shipment updates and any potential delays to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and address customer concerns and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
