Are you a skilled Fabricator/Welder with a passion for building and maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment? Do you enjoy working with a variety of tools and machines to create and repair essential components? If so, we encourage you to apply for our Fabricator/Welder position!
What You'll Do:
- Fabricate, weld, and install new plant equipment to precise specifications.
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems and production machines, minimizing downtime.
- Operate lathe and milling machines to create shafts, sprockets, and other components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using precision instruments and your expertise.
- Perform advanced maintenance duties, including reading schematics and hydraulic hose repair.
- Document work orders and communicate with operations using SAP.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience with welding (food-safe specifications preferred).
- Proficiency in operating lathe and milling machines.
- Advanced mechanical knowledge, including electrical and building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to complete work orders and enter paperwork into a computer system.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to lift up to ninety (90) lbs.
What You'll Get:
Pay: $31 - $34.50 per hour
