Hourly Pay : $23.46 - $31.74 / hr
Shift : 12-hour shifts (days of the week and rotating schedule available)
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of heavy equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and wheel loaders. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in diesel mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics, along with the ability to use diagnostic tools and interpret technical schematics.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment using detailed checklists to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Efficiently identify and resolve issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Read and interpret service manuals, electrical and hydraulic schematics, and use diagnostic software to assist with repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and maintenance schedules in the company's management system.
- Collaborate with diverse team members and contribute to a positive, safety-first work environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies.
