We're seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Associate to join our team in Honea Path, SC. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the production team by performing a variety of tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and quality control checks.
We offer a competitive starting pay rate of $16 per hour, with upcoming wage increases available after 60 days of good performance and attendance.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Assisting other team members with tasks and projects as needed
- Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
