Staffmark is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team.
This role involves assembling, testing, and maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment, ensuring it meets precise specifications.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with welding (food-safe specifications preferred) and proficiency in operating lathe and milling machines.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems and production machines, minimizing downtime
- Operate lathe and milling machines to create shafts, sprockets, and other components
Requirements:
- Proven experience with welding (food-safe specifications preferred)
- Proficiency in operating lathe and milling machines
- Advanced mechanical knowledge, including electrical and building skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Benefits:
