As an On-Site Recruiter, you'll be responsible for recruiting entry level associates to work day and overnight shift hours. You'll implement and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet hiring needs and maintain an active employee roster. Our on-site recruiters play a critical role in our overall success of helping people finding great jobs, and helping our customers find great employees!
Additional responsibilities for an On-site Recruiter include:
- Forecasting recruiting needs
- Maintaining an active employee roster
- Screen and interview candidates
- Conduct orientations
- Reporting and measurement
- Manage the timekeeping system
- Assists with employee engagement activities
- First day check ins and onboarding
- Dispatches employees to the assignment
- Sends and receives confirmation calls to employees
- Updating employee records and documentation
- Uses multiple technology sources thorughout the workday
